ALLOTMENT PROGRAM
Get that thumb even greener with our Allotment Program – gone are the days of having to limit your imagination when it comes to your personal garden
- 1/8 acre lot minimum
- $200 per 1/8 acre
- You won’t be on your own – Hillcrest Farm Factory will provide spring tillage, water, and basic hand tools. Other members of this program will be there to share knowledge and experience. Plus, there’s a community lunch every weekday at the neighboring farm!
INCUBATOR PROGRAM
Break down the barriers stopping you from your agricultural dreams – our Incubator Program will help you get access to land, guidance, and more in order make those dreams a reality.
- Land sizes are dependent on your needs – recommended one acre minimum.
- $300 an acre per year
- Hillcrest Farm Factory will provide mentorship, business planning and market access support, support securing financing, water, supplier contacts, and opportunities to share/borrow/rent equipment and collaborate with other participants and neighboring farms.
- Lunch is provided Monday through Friday during the growing season.
